M&C Saatchi Shoot

Mark Westerby has been shooting an advertising campaign with M&C Saatchi for the British government.

The campaign was designed to promote a more tolerant and inclusive society to live in.

Baroness Williams said: the ‘Together We Are Stronger’ campaign is all about what makes our society great, its brilliant people and unique character.

Mark said: ‘I feel privileged to have been commissioned for such an important issue. It’s good to break down barriers and celebrate what we all have in common.’

PX3 Awards

When the PX3 awards were announced in Paris, Mark Westerby was one of the photographers honoured this year.

The Paris photography event is a highly respected annual event dedicated to recognising and promoting talented photographers from around the world and introducing them to the creative community in Paris.

The much-anticipated PX3 awards, received over 7,000 entries from 100 countries around the world, representing some of the most talented professional photographers, and their most unique and provocative images.

Mark said: ‘I would like to say thank you to the organiser’s for shining a light on our industry, it is a great event and a big congratulations to all of the other photographer’s involved.’

Think Big Campaign

A big campaign with African animals; I had no idea how we could achieve the shots we needed – Mark said he would produce the whole shoot from start to finish which completely eased my worries. 10 days later we were in a cage in the middle of Africa surrounded by rather angry looking lions. He made it so easy to produce such great shots.
